Playing with and changing photos adding and removing objects or peple?

hi, i hope there is some one that can help my mom is redoing our house decor, the passage leading to the bedrooms is to be black and white with red here and there, mom loves photo's and our house has always been full of them, So i want to take existing photo's of us when we were little change them to black and white with some red for instance there is a lovely photo of my little sister holding a rose at age three so i want to make the rose red but the photograph black and white and in another change my twin brothers shirts to red and keep the photo black and white and in all the photo's change some thing to red in a black and white photo, if you know what i mean??? then put the photo's in black, white and red frames!!!Mom would be extatic and it would realy be a great gift from us kids and it would mean alot.

also if possible find original negatives and make reprints for better quality images,

You would use Photoshop, but please don't. The selective color stuff was cheesy as hell when it was first really popular many decades ago, it's only worse now.
This about the 15th question today about this...



You need photoshop and basic knowledge of it, there's plenty of tutorials spread around the internet.



It's nice that you're going to do it for your mum though :)
