How do you change photo types on a pc?

Mine are all in JPEG format and I can't upload them to twitter as twitter doesn't accept that formatHow do you change photo types on a pc?
open them up on paint. and then when ur saving the picture click:

Save As %26gt;%26gt; Click on the Drop Down menu and save as png, gif, bitm or whatever you need'; then save. you can then upload on twitter :DHow do you change photo types on a pc?
open that pic in ms paint and then click on file-%26gt;save as---%26gt;and then choose options from drop down menu for diffrent file formats---%26gt;then click save

Open the image in paint and then click file save as and try another format eg bitmap.
