ok, you know how people use photo editing sites to change photos and change the hair color and makeup and background of the picture, etc? well im wanting to know how to do this. i need some good sites. i wont be using the pictures i create for anything bad, i just want to try it out and don't know any good sites.Im trying to change a photo.?
