I have 4 images that I need to be in one picture?

I have 4 pictures that I need in the same picture but I want one to show up one after another as like if one photo was blinking a certain color but instead it just changes photos really fast. Is their a site that I can do this on or how can I do it?I have 4 images that I need to be in one picture?
