Could someone please tell me how I could change my coloured photos into black and white ones? Preferably without having to use Photoshop since I can't seem to fine a place to download it. Any graphics editor can do that.
What you want to do is 'desaturate' the image. Look for that function in the editor of your choosing.

Use the Adobe Photoshop editing program.....or download an editing program....all of them provide that capability....
If you don't want to download a photo editing program you can always upload your photos to http://www.walgreens.com or a similar drugstore, retail chain site, and they have options in their photo section to change your photos to black and white. You can also edit your photos on http://www.picnik.com
