How to change default photo viewer?

My photos are stretched in windows photo gallery



Its not the issue that it stetches only in windows photo gallery, it stretches in other programs like photoshop, flickr, probally because windows photo gallery is my main photo viewer....



I need windows photo and fax viewer, and how do you change the defualt picture viwser
