How do I change my picture in my Yahoo! Profile?

It seems like it won't allow me to change my current picture. How do I replace it? I tried clicking ';Change Photo'; in my Yahoo! Profile but it won't let me upload nor change it. What do I do?How do I change my picture in my Yahoo! Profile?
It works fine with me here. Maybe something with your computer.

edit profile image

that should allow you to change your picture
It's just your computer, because when I click it,I can change it just fine.
