many photos i seen that i tryed to figure out how to do i cant. an example of what i see would be this one kid was wearing a bandana an the photo was black and white and some how he got the bandana only to change multipal colors and other people do pants or shirts or somthing what program can do that?What program can make my photos swap or change different colors over an over again?
its an animated gif, so there would be about six frames of b%26amp;w photo, then selected area is colored in each frame,



you would be best to have program to to edit images and add effects, photoshop with export to image ready, paintshop pro with export to animation shop,
