Thats animation gif file. To make one you need a program to edit a jpeg file into a gif which is animated.



A good program to use is gimp since its free. Look it up on google.How do i gat thos photos that change????

However i do understand what you mean. This is called a animated gif (gif.) file. In order to create something like this you need a gif maker which you can download of the internet. Alternatively, you can search the internet for Online gif creators.



The images are made by using JPEGs (the format of pictures taken from a camera) These can then be placed into a mini animation - which is a gif.
