Photoshop Elements 7 Tutorials? FOR BEGINNERS!!!!!?

Ok, so I got PSE7 for Christmas and it's been 3 months and I still know nothing.

I need step by step tutorials only made for PSE7. I want to learn how to re-size an image, use brushes, and other stuff.

I bought this to make graphics, not change photos, even though I'd like to recolor a few things. I'd also love how to be able to make a certain shape and then white and area, so it's easier to see words there.
