Hey,
You need to get some sort of photo editing software. Photoshop or GIMP or something.
Then what you have to do is cut out your foreground using the lasoo tool and some feathering - than overlay this on the background of your choice.
Just google there are LOADS of tutorials out there with pics and step by step guides.
