How to change an photo to cartoon using java..?Can you tell me any useful links for that..?

http://www.the-landscape-design-site.com seems to be a pretty good landscape design site. There are also lots of programs out there that will allow you to map your yard out and take pictures and changes things on the screen to see what it will look like before you go to the trouble to do it. I think those all cost money though.
