How can I change my picture on here?

I used my 360 page... I changed my photo to this hoodie, (my avatar now..) But I want to change it and I uploaded another picture to my 360... And I click set as primary... And then erased the hoodie picture... Then clicked save... And when I click edit my info on Yahoo! Answers... It still have to same pic as before! I want to change my avatar!How can I change my picture on here?
