i just got the new MacBook, and when i try to upload a photo to myspace from my iPhotos it dosnt let me, i dont kno why, it says that its the rong format, so how would i changed it from a jpeg to jpg?

rename the file to .jpg as the extension. they JPEG and JPG are the same thing.
.jpeg and .jpg are the same thing....
You may need to just resave (or maybe export) it in iphoto, and make sure the file extension has .jpg
