the photo is needed for identification, so you don't have to bring out a valid id everytime you use the card. i wanted my photo changed too and was told to just go there and will have another one taken and i think they'll change the card altogether.
just go to the bank and ask to have a new card made, you may have to pay some money, but they should understand
YOU HAVE TO GO INTO A BANKING CENTER AND ASK THEM TO TAKE A NEW PHOTO
