How do I change the picture next to my name on yahoo answers?

yes, i do indeed feel dumb for not being able to figure this out. But i went to view my profile and clicked change my photo and did change it and nothing happened. Then I tried creating a avatar and saved my changes and nothing happened. So, if anyone could help........................thx.How do I change the picture next to my name on yahoo answers?
