How do you change the photo setttings on a Sidekick 2008?

I have a Sidekick 2008 and I want to be able to change the settings on the camera. Like put it in black and white or add a flash. How do you do this? And add effects??How do you change the photo setttings on a Sidekick 2008?
I don't recall the sidekick 2008 having this feature. Go to your camera and then options. In there look for black%26amp;white and flash.
