How do I change a photo that was saved as a Adobe Acrobat document to a jpg file?

I had Office Depot scan and save some pictures to a CD. They saved them as a adobe acrobat document. I tried to copy and paste them to my picture file but nothing seems to work.How do I change a photo that was saved as a Adobe Acrobat document to a jpg file?
Use the following:



Programs, Accessories, Snip Tool in Windows Vista or 7 to snip the picture and then save that as a .jpg.How do I change a photo that was saved as a Adobe Acrobat document to a jpg file?
A PDF is a container file. Inside of it are compressed JPGs. If you buy Adobe Acrobat Pro you can resave them as JPGs.
