How do you change your little yahoo avatar?

How do you change the photo that goes next 2 ur name on yahoo. Like a ton of people made those little cartoons that u see when they answer a question, but my photo is just blank. what do i have 2 do to change it? Please help!How do you change your little yahoo avatar?
