I'd suggest that you first change it to black and white, which you can do by using [CTRL]+[SHIFT]+[U] or [CTRL]+[ALT]+[B]. Then follow this sequence:
Filter %26gt; Adjustments %26gt; Photo Filter
Drop down the menu and choose Sepia.
Move the slider until you have the tone that you like. I find that I prefer to go up to about 80-90% density. Click OK.
