How do you change a photo to sepia in Photoshop Elements 7?

I'd suggest that you first change it to black and white, which you can do by using [CTRL]+[SHIFT]+[U] or [CTRL]+[ALT]+[B]. Then follow this sequence:

Filter %26gt; Adjustments %26gt; Photo Filter

Drop down the menu and choose Sepia.

Move the slider until you have the tone that you like. I find that I prefer to go up to about 80-90% density. Click OK.

I even repeat the Filter (etc) sequence and apply 20-30% of a warming or yellow filter sometimes, like this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/samfeinstei
