How do you change the photo on your public profile?

Well I was trying to delete and upload a new photo on my pub profile but it redirects me to my Yahoo Photos. And I have tried like a thousand times but after I click upload, it goes right back to yahoo photos. It's weird coz it wasnt like that before.. Help me guys..How do you change the photo on your public profile?
Go to your profile, click ';edit my info';, set up a 360掳 page, load up a pic (it has to be a .jpg, preferrably 48x48 pixels), mark ';set as primary';, save it and you're done! When you go to SAVE AS, below where you type in the name of what you are saving you can change what format you save it as. Where it say bitmap...that is where you should see an arrow pointing down next to it. Click on it and will give you a list of options.

I use a program called http://www.irfanview.com/ it's a nice free program that you can do multiple photo changes with. Like resizing and change the format. After the photo is opened go to file then save as and change it to jpeg.
If you open your pictures in Paint, click File, Save. When the dialogue box opens to enter the file name, the default file extension is bmp for bitmap. Use the drop down menu to save to JPEG.
Windows comes with a product called paintbrush - you can open the file in paintbrush and then click file-%26gt;Save As. At the bottom of the box that opens up is an option for file type - save it as a .jpg.



You might also have a program called ';Microsoft Photo Editor'; (it'll probably be in a folder called ';Microsoft office'; or ';microsoft office tools'; in your start menu). Photo Editor will save as jpegs as well.
Different picture viewing programs allow you to change the format. Open your picture with different programs to see which one will work (I use adobe photoshop) Save the picture by selecting ';Save as'; from the ';File'; menu. Below the first entry box is another box with a dropdown menu arrow. Click the arrow and select JPEG form the list. Like I said, you may have to try different programs to see which one may allow you to do this. Eventually you will find one.

Could it be that the Israelis are gathering passport information from travellers or airlines and using this to create verifiable copies?



Either that or the foreign offices of European governments are sharing this information for clandestine purposes.



Completely fake passports are likely to cause problems now unless verified by a government database so I think the former is more likely.



Either way, Mossad have much to answer for and it is alarming that the UK is not pressing for a fuller explanation.As it now seems the passports used by Mossad were not fakes but the identities and photos changed?

go to google.com and enter in picasa and do the free download. and then its self explainatory from there.
You need Photoshop.



In Photoshop Elements: Have your background color photo. Make another layer exactly like that one (Cntrl J) and change it to black and white (adjustments, black and white). Now the top layer will be black and white. go get the eraser tool and erase the part you want colored in. (you may have to ';link'; the two layers by shift clicking on both and right click to link, I'm not 100% sure

Or if you have Photoshop CS3, then make a black and white layer over the colored layer and on the black and white layer, click on ';layer mask'; it looks like a rectangle with a circle in it. Color everything you want colored with a black brush with 100% opacity. If you make a mistake you just color it in white. LOVE masks!
